Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Skill2Offer (the "Service") operated by Meyandy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skill2Offer is an online platform that provides interview preparation resources for IT professionals, including:

• Role-specific interview question banks
• Model answers and expert guidance
• AI-powered mock interview simulations
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• CV review and cover letter assistance tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

Skill2Offer offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features and content as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For Bootcamp passes, access continues until the 90-day period expires.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share, redistribute, or resell content from the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meyandy LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Interview questions and model answers
• Educational content and guidance
• Software, design, and graphics
• Trademarks and logos

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as mock interview responses). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not guarantee that the Service will help you obtain a job or pass any interview. Results depend on various factors including your effort, qualifications, and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEYANDY LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
• SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR COMPUTER DAMAGE
• COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meyandy LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content submitted to the Service

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
