I would first clarify whether the conflict is about business goals, user needs, constraints, or solution preference. Then I would bring the stakeholders back to shared objectives and decision criteria such as customer impact, risk, cost, compliance, or operational effort. If needed, I would document options and tradeoffs and ask the right decision maker to approve the requirement direction.
