I would explain each step before doing it, confirm the patient is seated comfortably, and follow clinic protocol for blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and any other required measurements. I would record the results accurately in the EHR and alert the provider or clinical team if a value is outside the clinic process for review. I would avoid interpreting results beyond my role.
